My Beach Bedroom

Our little beachy bedroom got a refresh! We used to have blue curtains in here- they were nice, but they made the room significantly darker. I wanted to try something brighter so I bought these white Ikea curtains, and was amazed at what a different they made! The room instantly felt brighter and even larger, just from that simple color switch. 

I had fun buying these adorable new hanging plant bbs, and bought a few new rugs and pillows from HomeGoods and Marshalls. Totally affordable and bring some added color to the space.

When we first moved in, I didn't know where we were going to put Eddie's surfboard- but once I realized we could just incorporate it into a beach theme for our bedroom, I was actually really happy! Now I can't imagine our bedroom without it.
