Fisherman's Village

One of the reasons I love living in West LA is that I get to be right in the middle of all my favorite districts. Just a few minutes from my apartment there's Playa Vista, Playa Del Rey, Venice, Manhattan Beach, and more. One of my faves is Marina Del Rey, a small seaside community surrounding a beautiful harbor. It's only a 5 mile drive from my home, but it feels very different from the surrounding beach cities. Fisherman's Village is a pretty little waterfront center in Marina with restaurants and shops, constructed in the style of a New England seaport and fishing town.

Fisherman's Village is tiny but lots of fun to visit - there are live music concerts every weekend and people are always dancing and laughing. Such a happy place! There's a bunch of other fun things to do too - eat/drink at the restaurants, go on a harbor cruise, rent a boat or kayak, go paddle boarding, or even parasailing. It's also just a beautiful place to ride your bike or go for a stroll.

Behold, the most colorful purse I've ever owned! I fell hard for the yellow & blue, and obvi those darling TASSELS.

Cotton Candy LA makes some of my fave clothes - this faux suede mini dress actually feels really comfy & cozy on!

That bright blue lighthouse givin' me LIFE.
