Holiday Home Refresh

I love giving our home a subtle refresh with each change of seasons. It's the perfect way to bring new life into a space, and it always gets me excited for the upcoming months. This will be our first Christmas in the new house and even though it's not even Thanksgiving yet I'm already looking forward to winter nights snuggled up on our couch with the Christmas tree lights twinkling. I chose these adorbs Cable Knit Stockings to hang from our fireplace. The fun pom-poms are so fuzzy and cute, and the stockings themselves are high quality and crazy soft. They would make great holiday gifts! 

You don't have to go the usual route of red and green for your holiday decorating. I like to keep things a bit neutral, opting for snow white pieces with pops of deep red and plush textiles such as wool, knits and faux fur. You still achieve a wintery vibe, but with a California cool twist. An added bonus being you can use these pieces year-round if you want! This Charger Plaid Throw Blanket is a great example.
