Sun & Fun in Laguna Beach

Last week Eddie and I visited our old stomping grounds for some Laguna Beach fun! I went to college in Orange County and my friends and I used to love exploring this gorge city in our free time. Eddie was born and raised in Orange County, so it's his home. Even though we're still super close being in LA, (just a 50 minute drive south from us depending on traffic) I hadn't had a Laguna day in years. Crazy! I think it's easy to get comfortable where you live, so much so that a lot of times you'd rather stay local than drive a bit - especially with our SoCal traffic. I've been trying to take a lot more day trips this summer though, to get out of our lil West LA bubble. Keep scrolling to see some of the fun places we visited in Laguna!

The adorbs Brass Tack - how cute is their entryway?

Brown's Park is the tiniest lil park you ever did see, but it has magnificent views of the ocean! Also, obsessed with this jungley dress from Urban Outfitters. The perf flowy number for a summer day.

How amaze is La Casa del Camino? This magical courtyard instantly transported me back to Spain. The hotel also has a fab Rooftop Lounge, we ate yummy snacks and sipped delish cocktails with a gorge ocean view.

Frozé all day, baby.

Warm baby brie with raspberry sauce, almonds, figs, cranberries, & crackers as well as herb roasted potatoes with parmesan, black garlic & truffle aioli. Can I get an amen??

We stopped by Earth Stones International after we ate for some crystal goodness. Such a magical shop!

A record store with big ol' prickly bbs out front? Sign me up. I found a bunch of awesome vinyls here at Sound Spectrum!

Kiska Boutique stopped me dead in my tracks with this gorge storefront design. Obvi I had to check it out. It didn't disappoint either, I got an adorbs top/bottom palm leaf print set!

Poler's Laguna Flagship is what dreams are made of. Prickly bbs & succulents everywhere, amazing interior as well as exterior space, really cute items for sale. Perf store for adventurers!

I mean, can you even?!

After all that shopping it was time for some beach fun! Treasure Island is absolutely gorgeous (but what part of Laguna isn't, honestly). Also, the water was suuuuper sweet - warm and clear! Some LA beaches can be quite dirty, so it's v v nice to visit the amaze beaches in OC.
